ID and Age Policies

Clients under the age of 16 require a parent or guardians consent and presence to obtain a piercing.  A physical form of ID must be provided for both the child and parent/guardian. When you attend your appoint, you must bring the following documents: 

      ⬩ Physical photographic ID for the child

      ⬩ Physical photographic ID for the parent

      ⬩ Original birth certificate with parent

or  ⬩ Court documentation proving legal guardianship

Over 16s are not required to bring a parent or guardian. A parent/guardian can not consent for a 16+ client and the client must consent for their selves. When you attend your appointment, you must bring the following document: 

      ⬩ Physical photographic ID

We do NOT accept photos or photocopies of any ID, only original and in date documents will be accepted. All IDs must have a clear photograph and display date of birth to be accepted. We accept the following forms of ID:

      ⬩  Passport

      ⬩ Driving license (including provisional license)

      ⬩ National ID card

      ⬩ Citizenship card
